Instructions and precautions for the Mini excavator

I. Park the machine 

1. Smooth, confirm that there is no high voltage line and no personnel interference around.

2. The engine uses ordinary diesel oil. In cold weather, you should clamp the diesel oil below no. 0. Please observe the oil level in time during use.

3. The machine can use no. 46 hydraulic oil, the factory has been added, work to 1000 hours of maintenance must be filled with hydraulic oil, it is recommended to use the brand of hydraulic oil, oil volume must be in the middle of the liquid level meter 80-90.

4. The connecting part of the working device should be filled with lubricating oil every eight hours.

5. The startup should start and stop for more than three times continuously, and run empty for more than 5 minutes, so as to eliminate the gas in the pipeline.

II. The machine has been adjusted normally before leaving the factory. If the speed, please refer to the following instructions: 

 1.  The engine, hydraulic pump and other core components are the national warranty. 

 2. If there is any fault, please consult the local component after-sales department.

III Notes 

1. Prohibit brutal operation.

2. The ambient temperature of this machine should be-10-38℃, which is not suitable for use where there may be water splashing.

3. The machine should be placed smoothly to prevent rollover.

4. Transfer for 10 minutes when working outdoors in winter.

5. Pedestrians are forbidden to walk in the guardrail when the machine is running.

6. Power supply should be cut off for long-term shutdown.

7. Begners are forbidden to operate without care.

8. Check regularly whether the screws of the equipment are loose and whether the pins are falling off, and add lubricating oil to the connection part of the working device regularly.1-2 years to replace the hydraulic shaft according to the nature of oil.
