Sales department successfully held Mini excavator driving training for new employees

In order to enhance the business skills and practical abilities of new employees and better serve customers, the SDYC sales department recently organized the "New Employee Mini Excavator Driving Training" activity. This training combines theory with practice to help participating employees master excavator operation skills, laying a solid foundation for future customer service and product promotion.

During the training, the company specially invited senior technical engineers to provide on-site guidance, systematically explaining the basic structure, safety operation specifications, and daily maintenance points of small excavators to ensure that each student fully understands the equipment performance and operation process. After the theoretical course is completed, the trainees are divided into groups for practical exercises, practicing common operations such as digging trenches, leveling, loading and unloading in simulated work scenarios. The instructor follows up throughout the process, corrects non-standard actions in a timely manner, and ensures safe and efficient operation.

Previously, I only understood the product parameters, but now after personally operating it, I can better understand the actual needs of customers, "said a trainee. Through immersive experience, new employees not only become familiar with device operation, but also deepen their understanding of product advantages from the driver's perspective, which helps to accurately answer customer questions and enhance service professionalism in future sales work.
